Delivery
Komplett currently offer the following delivery methods:
- UPS Standard Shipping (€9.99) - delivery in 3-4 working days
- UPS Express Shipping (€42.50) - next working day delivery in Dublin, or 2 days for other locations
All orders placed before 7.00 pm will be processed and shipped within 3-4 working days.
Orders placed on the weekends (thursdays after 7.00 pm, Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on the following Monday at the start of the week.

How Do I Follow The Shipment?
Within a few hours or your order being dispatched you will receive an e-mail confirming shipping and containing your UPS tracking number. To determine the status of your delivery, please navigate to UPS.com and enter your tracking number.
If you receive items you did not order or not all products ordered are delivered, then we recommend the following:
Send an email to service@komplett.ie containing the following:
- Customer Number (Account Number).
- Order Number
- Item number (s) of the missing and/or incorrect product(s).
- A detailed description of the problem.
- Attach, where possible, digital photos of the shipment.
We will make contact in order to algin how we can address the problem to resolve the matter quickly.
